Further to the success of the Nike+ iPod sport sensor which has been out for a wee while now, Nike launched at the London Marathon expo their new Sportband wrist unit, designed for those who prefer not to listen to music when out running. Offering the same features of Pace, Distance, Calories burned and Time elapsed the new Sportband has a built in USB connector for easy download to your running profile on the Nike plus website. RUN ecosse have in store both the Nike+ iPod sensor and the new Sportband designed to complement all Nike running shoes. For those of you without Nike+ enabled shoes we can offer sensor holders which fit on the laces of any running shoe.
